Pilates was meant to be done one to one to begin with and then as your own personal workout with the support of a skilled teacher. Because Pilates is a system, you can learn the order and work through it, much like you would with martial arts or other disciplines. You practice, you improve, you move on and as a result your whole body and movement changes…
What Can We Help With?
Individual sessions are designed around you. With the help of a skilled Pilates teacher you can rapidly improve your Pilates practice, prevent, mitigate or rehabilitate sports and other injuries, improve your posture, balance and core strength, enhance your sporting performance or day to day movement.
We offer general Private Pilates sessions where you can work one on one with a skilled teacher to help improve your Pilates practice. Kelly also offers specialist sessions for alignment coaching, rehabilitation, back pain, sporting performance, injury prevention and physio exercise.

NEW CLIENT Introductory Session (studio, reformer, matwork) £35.00
3 x Private Studio/Reformer (exp 4 weeks). These enable you to join our Intro and/or Improver level classes £120.00
3 x Private Studio/Reformer Progression (exp 4 weeks) – for those of you who are fit and healthy and want to move to or start the intermediate classes £120.00.
Please note: The introductory offers above are for fit and healthy individuals for whom three sessions is usually sufficient to get you to a level where you can join a class. However, if you are working with injuries or other special considerations then you will need to work with either Kelly or Sarah privately (see prices below/opposite).

What we Do
Group Matwork & Large Equipment Classes
We offer small group classes based on the original teachings of Joseph Pilates on the mat and other Pilates equipment including the Reformer, Tower, Chair, Cadillac and Barrels.
Tailored one to one sessions to support your individual Pilates requirements. We can work with you for rehabilitation, physio exercises, athlete and sporting performance or general Pilates practice. Private sessions are designed to get you where you want to go FAST.
