The health of your feet is often the key to unlocking other aches and pains in the body. We also specialist in foot specific conditions, such as bunions, plantar fasciitis, hammer toes and any other foot related problems.
Women tend to experience different injuries and problems as they go through different life stages. Working with a women’s health coach can help you to navigate pelvic floor issues, menopause and more to help you get the best from your body as you age.

Indication of costs:
Initial movement screen, postural assessment and alignment coaching 90 minutes £95.00.
Thereafter, minimum booking of five 1:1 sessions £275.00 / five 1:2 sessions £375.00
