Training Terms and Conditions
The Inner Power Pilates Teacher Training course takes place at the Inner Power Pilates Ltd studio, Freedom House, Snowdon Road, Lytham St Annes, Lancashire FY8 3DP.
Payments & Deposit
Upon acceptance on your chosen course, payment will be required either in full or in installments. Any initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable. This deposit is used to register you with the awarding body, pay for course materials and secures your place on the course. If you choose not to proceed with the course, this deposit will not be refunded and you cannot use it for future courses or transfer it to someone else.
Students who cancel their course with at least 28 days written notice are entitled to a refund of all fees paid excluding the initial non-refundable deposit.
Students who withdraw from the course after commencement are not entitled to any refund of fees paid.
Students are expected to attend all face to face trainings punctually and with the required course materials (which we will provide). In order to pass the class an attendance rate of 100% is required.
Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and maturely at all times whilst at the studio. We request that you respect your peers and your tutors and follow the health and safety instructions and other rules outlined at course commencement. This will ensure yours and your peers’ safety whilst in the studio and in particular on the large equipment. No drugs, alcohol or weapons are allowed on the premises. Any breach of the rules or violation of the code of conduct will result in you being asked to leave the studio and potentially the course without refund.
